RoofReach — Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
This Policy is issued by RoofReach LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 4235 Marsh Landing Blvd, Apt 513, Jacksonville, FL 32250 ("RoofReach," "we," "us"). It explains what we collect through our website and app, and how we use it.
2. What we collect
Storefront form. When you submit an interest form on our website, we collect exactly the fields that form asks for: first name, last name, phone, message, company, and email.
Field app activity. For customers using the branded app, the app logs your team's own field activity — door knocks, map pins, and general positions/locations tied to canvassing — for your company's own business use. This data belongs to your company (see Section 5) and is isolated per customer: one customer's field data never crosses into another customer's app or account.
Owner-lookup and storm/permit data. Some app features surface owner names, permit history, and storm/wind-event information. That information is drawn from public-record sources and third-party data providers — RoofReach compiles and displays it but does not originate it. Property-owner names and mailing data never leave the platform in any export.
Usage and technical data. Like most websites, our storefront and app may log basic technical information (such as access timestamps) needed to operate the Service reliably.
3. Service providers we use
To run the storefront and app, RoofReach uses a small set of third-party service providers, which may process the information above on our behalf:
- GoHighLevel — the customer relationship management / marketing platform that receives and stores storefront form submissions.
- Vercel — website and application hosting.
- Upstash (Redis) — backend data storage for operational features such as the storefront's live spot counters.
- ImprovMX — email forwarding for our ops@getroofreach.com address.
We choose providers that support the Service; we don't sell your information to data brokers or advertisers.
4. How we use what we collect
We use the information above to:
- Respond to your interest submission and follow up about the Service;
- Operate the branded app's field-capture, mapping, and estimating features for your company;
- Provide support and keep the Service running;
- Meet legal and recordkeeping obligations.
AI, including Claude, may be used inside the app to help organize and surface your company's own data (for example, onboarding support or document handling). AI is named plainly wherever it's part of a feature — we don't dress it up, and we don't use it in place of telling you what a feature actually does.
5. Your data stays yours
As between you and RoofReach, you own your own business records and field data. RoofReach owns the Platform — the software, tools, and underlying technology that deliver the Service — not the data your company puts into it. Contacts your reps enter are your data; we process them for you and delete them when you leave.
On exit. If your company stops using the Service, you keep your data. RoofReach retains the Platform and the systems, tooling, and compiled data layers that constitute it — but not your customer records or business data. When your subscription ends you have 30 days to export your data; we delete it within 30 days after that.
6. Per-tenant isolation
Each customer's app build contains only that customer's own first-party data. Field activity, pricing, and customer records are compiled into your company's app deployment and are never included in another customer's build, and access to each deployment is gated by a PIN issued to that company.
7. What we don't do
We do not use the Service to solicit homeowners to file insurance claims, and we do not provide claims-filing or claims-assistance services. We do not share your company's field data or customer records with other customers or with unrelated third parties.
8. Your choices
Marketing communications include an unsubscribe option, honored per applicable law. To ask about the data we hold on your company, or to request changes, contact us at the address in Section 10.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for business use by roofing-industry professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
10. Support

11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
12. Governing law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
